Ok, so if you read the notes on this one, everybody is in LURVE with wayfaringmd’s handwriting. Not me, though — it makes my skin blister and boil, like sunlight on a non-glittering vampire.
FROM ENVY. I remember when I used to have quite a decent cursive script! But it contracted a horrible disease in college, and died an abrupt death when I started taking pre-med science classes. Now I have trouble remembering how to write cursive capital Q’s or how many humps to put on a lower-case cursive N. *sigh*
Meanwhile, this recent med-school graduate just pumps out graphic-novel-quality lettering without a second thought. OOOH THE ENVY.
I am afraid of time. I mean, I’m afraid of not having enough time. Not enough time to understand people, how they really are, or to be understood myself. I’m afraid of quick judgments, of the mistakes everybody makes. Because you can’t fix anything without time.
